With over 25 million impressions and counting, the podcast also serves as a hub for organizations to learn how to market and do business with the Latino community.  

Victoria Jenn is the Founder of The Female Collaborative, Inc., a not-for-profit focused on revolutionizing the way women work and do business together. She is the Board Chair of the  Bronx Global Learning Institute for Girls, a charter school dedicated to creating the next generation of female global leaders in the South Bronx, NY.

Victoria Jenn has a social media footprint of 150,000 followers, and her engagement rate is above industry standards, with women of color being her largest demographic.
