As a strategic visionary thinker with 20+ years of experience, she has trained over 15,000 leaders and entrepreneurs on how to optimize performance while maintaining a focus on emotional intelligence, reflection, and life balance. She is the Founder of the Dare to Leap Academy, an online learning platform where ambitious women come to get unstuck, and make the transition from corporate to entrepreneurship, without losing their financial security. She also is the Head Coach inside the Women Who Roar Club, a group coaching experience that helps professionals and entrepreneurs build their confidence, overcome imposter syndrome, and own their power without losing their authenticity.

Victoria Jenn is the host of Victoria Jenn TV on YouTube, home of the wildly popular Series "Women Who Roar" that has garnered over 4MM+ downloads. Given her passion for diversity & inclusion, she spotlights professionals of color who have achieved success by remaining authentically true to who they are and also shares mindset and business advice on the channel.

At the corporate level, she advises organizations on how to build high engagement workplace cultures that attract, develop, and retain top talent. Her programming that drives inclusion, mindset, and emotional wellness experiences, proven to increase employee morale and brand loyalty.

Prior to her entrepreneurship journey, Victoria Jenn was Head of Talent Development at Johnson & Johnson overseeing early career pipeline talent programs and developing robust diversity best practice strategies for the Consumer Marketing and Sales businesses. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, she was Head of Early Talent Recruiting and Workforce Diversity at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Before entering the healthcare sector, Victoria Jenn played a critical role in creating innovative, progressive programs to drive the recruitment, development, and retention of minority talent at Morgan Stanley. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Victoria Jenn worked on legislation to provide more access to capital for minority and women owned businesses across New York State. She began her career on Wall Street at Lehman Brothers followed by Barclays Wealth with a focus on sales & trading servicing both high net worth and institutional clients.

Given her gift for shifting mindsets and behaviors, Victoria Jenn is often requested to deliver keynote trainings on Imposter Syndrome, Managing Your Brand On & Off Social Media, Negotiating Like a Boss, Employee to Entrepreneur, and Networking to the Bank, to name a few.

She is the Founder of The Female Collaborative, Inc., a not for profit focused on revolutionizing the way women work and do business together. She also sits on the Executive Board of the Bronx Global Learning Institute for Girls, a charter school dedicated to creating the next generation of female global leaders.
